Privacy & your enquiry
Clear information about this website and the information you choose to share.
Using the website
This website introduces ACOLYTE TRADING LTD and its sourcing and purchase-negotiation work. You can read the pages and use the buying tools without creating an account. The website does not request payment details or provide online checkout.
Page and image requests are handled by the website hosting service. Like other web requests, they carry technical information such as a network address and browser request information. This page does not promise a particular hosting-log retention period.
The tools on these pages
The enquiry composer, comparison tools, checklists and calculators work in your browser. The values you enter are held in the current page. This website does not send those values to ACOLYTE when you type them or create a draft, and these tools do not write the values to browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page can discard your entries.
The Copy action uses your device clipboard when you choose it. Open email passes the visible draft to your email application. Your email provider handles a message you choose to send. Avoid entering confidential documents or sensitive personal information into an initial outline.
Contact about your information
If you email ACOLYTE, the information you choose to include becomes part of that correspondence. For questions about information you have shared, or to make a privacy-related request, contact [email protected]. Explain the correspondence or information concerned without sending unnecessary additional personal details.
